Fine with me -- I have no desire to try to profit on Bob's work.
I'll update the text on my web page about Apple II software shortly,
so I'll label his sowtware as "freeware" rather than "public domain"
there.  I assume Mike Laumer wants the same.

where I also just posted DSK images containing the source code to all
issues of Apple Assembly Line (Bob S-C's Apple II assembly language
programming newsletter) from the start in 1980 until Sept 1986, when
I ceased subscribing to it.  Apple Assembly Line was published until
1988, so if someone has source code from Apple Assembly Line later
than Sept 1986, drop me a line!
 
One of the AAL .DSK images also contains the source code to DP18,
Bob S-C's double precision floating-point package for Applesoft,
which yields some 20 digits of precision.  This is not Bob S-C's
original soruce code, instead I created it by disassembling his
binary code and then editing the disassembly.  Bob has said OK to
release this too -- presumably as "freeware", not "public domain".
