Thanks tons for the effort, Bill. You're a real mensch. Apple's site
doesn't have a lot of A2 programs that should be there, IMHO. I was
surprised to find that the latest ProDOS System Disk (4.0.2) isn't there,
for example, and my request to put it up was refused with the comment that
Apple no longer puts up Apple II files.
