Do you want the original source code? That you can only get through
the author of the program -- if he still has the source code and is
willing to give it away, that is.
Or do you want to recreate the source code yourself? If so, start by
disassembling all of the program using the monitor's built-in
disassembler. Print out the disassembly on paper. Also, print out a
hex dump on paper. Next, spend some time figuring out how the
program works, which parts are code and which are data, etc.
Finally, capture the disassembly on a disk file, perhaps on some
other computer, and then edit the raw disassembly into something
which resembles source code: replace numeric constants with symbolic
names, etc. Finally, assemble your assembly source code with an
assembler of your choice.
