I released that DEMO and info text file for the ShootOut DEMO title.
The author wished to remain ANONYMOUS. furnished me with it
to release for public comment and info inquires. So, far you are
the only person to inquire.

and I'll see if I can put you in contact with the author. FWIW, he does post
on this newsgroup on a regular basis. Perhaps he will contact you directly and
take care of your interest in it. AT LEAST I HOPE HE DOES!!!
