Documentation for the freeware release of Alan Byrd's Program Writer
does seem to be unavailable online.  I seem to recall seeing such on one of my
many A2 CD's written long a go by somebody.  I'll search for it and post it on
this newsgroup in text file format.  I'll send you a copy by email also Mike, 
if and when I can locate the documentation for Program Writer.  

It is strange that such a useful and amazing Apple II title as 'Program Writer'
would be released as freeware, without full documentation on how to use it to
it's best abilities.
