Well, here's the final comment I'm going to make on it all.  I got an OK from
Woz on my request for doing a cover to cover scan and that's good enough for
me.  Many, many people want it, have requested it and need it.  So, I'm going
to scan it cover to cover and make it available from multiple sites - http and
ftp - ASAP.  That's that. If you don't like it and want to debate over it until
your fingers cramp on your keyboards - go for it and enjoy.  That's fine with
me too!
