Woz didn't write the Red Book. He did contribute to it, but wasn't the
author. Now, I'm still checking, and I'm not certain, but I think it was
Randy Wigginton or Chris Espinosa who is the author. Jeff Raskin was
hired by Apple to make their documentation professional and that's why
the Red Book was ditched.

BTW, Don Lancaster has been trying to sell his copy of the Red Book,
and, if memory serves, he want's $200 for his copy.
