I appreciate the info Jeff has provided. However, something is wrong with
his post, _literally_. ;-)

By Dec 1994 Zip Technology had changed it name to MCTA, Culver City, CA.
and MCTA went out of business a couple years later (I believe).  So in
Feb 1999 there is _no way_ TonyW could have made and uploaded a patched
version of the CDA/CDev for the ZipGS _with_ Zip Tech's permission -
_Zip Tech did NOT exist in 1999!_ .

For the sake of csa2 readers, I am glad patched versions are available
somewhere other than Delphi.

I have ZipGS (8/64) accelerators in two of my IIgs-es.  How important is
it to get the newer patched version of the CDA/CDevs?  If I have gone 8+
(?) years without apparent problems, is it now important in 2000?
