That's pretty cool, but a suggestion if I may :)

Your linux box can do some funky things here; by running netatalk and
samba
on it (appletalk and smb sharing respectively) you could not only
fileshare
to you II's, but also offer printing services.

Also, consider finding an localtalk router. This way you could increase
network
performance to all the localtalk boxen, and do away with software
bridging via
the LC II..
