Ruby, you are a master at "spin."  You continue to
try and uphold your rationalization for pirating!
Why is it that EVERY lawyer I've talked to agrees that
your position breaks the law--I haven't a clue as to
who your "law officials" have been, none that I've talked
to have even come close to agreeing to your position.

What "effort" is there for a copyright holder to agree
to release software?  Either they want to or they don't.
Fairly simple.  And the efforts of The Treasure Chest
and The Lost Classics Project (funny how you never
mention them--or, right--they call delphi home :) ) seem
to show that it can be done and is being done.  Why not
send one of them a request of the game you want released
and see if someone can get it for you legally?  Oh, wait,
you enjoy doing it the other way--I forgot.
