Not true!  Example given: DiversiTune.  It's never been declassified (perhaps
you did a typo there like a 'd' when you intended to hit an 'r'
:)  - I was never aware there was anything about DiversiTune that
was a classified secret - other than perhaps the way the musical
instrument bank module was composed).  Anyway if you intended to
write 'reclassified' then no, it's not reclassified.  It's still classified
as a commercial program the author.  Nor has it been rereleased
commercially.  But, the author did give me, Ground and Henrick (and -perhaps
others that I'm not aware of also) premission to archive it for public access
and download by the public from the websites and ftp sites.
There were provisions required however by the author and copyright holder -
which we all abided by, in order to make it available as such.
And this is all legal.
