Re: Apple HD20 on an A2

I just noticed such an Apple HD20 mentioned in an A+ article - Oct. 85
that outlines a Quark Peripherals HD for the IIc, IIe and Mac - that plugs
directly into the external disk drive port at the back of those computers.
There were two models mentioned; the QC10 (10MB's) and the QC20 (20 MB's). They
would work on the Apple IIc or IIe under the ProDOS, Pascal 1.2 or DOS 3.3 OS -
with software drivers provided by Quark. What it worked under on the Mac was
not mentioned.

BTW, I emailed Bart (perhaps I got the incorrect email address) - that I had a
trade to offer him for the Apple HD20 he offered (wanted to trade him a Zip
accelerator) for it. But, I never got the email returned or a reply from
him??? So, Bart, if you read this send me a reply if you'r e interested in
suxh a trade - at my grin.net email acct. please.
