Re: Shrinkit IIGS
Actually I had fun putting this stuff together on the emulators.
It was a good test for their compatibility and a chance to refresh
my Apple II skills. Nowadays, there are much simpler methods as
most of these tools are on prepared disks available for easy
download.
I have found this to be one of the most useful purposes of the PC
emulators I use. I can easily unpack and test any downloads and
make sure they are in the best format to transfer them to my real
Apple. Of course, now that I've repaired my old flood damaged
programs, well some of them anyhow, I rarely use the archives.
I do try and avoid the Mac formats though as I am on a Linux/PC
and the Mac utils do not always work.

Have you fed your Apple today?
Phoenyx's Pages are back online...
It seems the ZIP.TO link was down for a while.
It is now working again. This is the preferred
link to my site. You may also use the direct link.
