I don't have a IIe TW to look at, but I seem to remember
it having an "IC style" clock chip rather than an oscillator
in a metal canister. Scan the card for a chip that has
only 4 legs.

WDC sells a 14Mhz 65C02 as well as a 14Mhz 65C816.
I think it would be safer for those who use a TW to get
the 65C02 than the 65C816. Might short out something.
