Apple IIC+

Hello I just put another 3 1/2 floppy drive in my Apple IIC +.  It works
fine but I noticed it only reads the disk if I hold the top read arm down on
the diskette for it to work.  I was wondering if there is a way for me to
get the read arm to stay down because it is sprung a little bit and it won't
read the disk unless I hold it down.  Does anyone have any suggestions for
me?
