A rather odd question. A "boot disk" is any disk you boot from. A
"GS/OS System disk" could be any disk containing a bootable copy of
GS/OS, or you might be referring to the specific disk distributed by
Apple with the System software.
In the context of one specific boot, then your "system disk" and "boot
disk" are the same thing.
