What (I interpret) this means is that the TWGS Rom 1.5 and up allow for faster
oscillators for speed increases, you would also need the CPU rated for faster clock
speeds for more reliable operation.

You will need the 1.8 Rom if you want a the larger cache.

Since you have a 1.3, you need a Rom version 1.5 or above, a higher speed
oscillator, and more than likely a faster CPU.

My 1.5 TWGS went to 8.33MHz with (33.33MHz) oscillator alone.  (Pulled the
oscillator from a Mac LC.)  I added the faster CPU and got 10Mhz after purchasing
oscillators to play with different speeds.  I couldn't squeeze out 12.5MHz though,
darned it!  (I must admit that 16Mhz was achieved for a whopping 60 seconds!  It
booted the OS in about 12 seconds and man was it neat, popping open windws and
couldn't even see the drawing!  I'd have sworn it was a G4!)
