For those who are interested, here are the crystal oscilator prices from DigiKey.
I've listed them by oscillator speed, accellerator equivelent, and price.

TWGS 1/2 TTL

I wasn't able to find any reference to the required SRAMs on DigiKey, and their
catalog isn't easy for me to decipher.

In the past I was able to get SRAM's for a local retailer, both the 12ns and 15ns
versions, and I think they would be under $5.00 each.
