There were basically two dufferent keyboards for the IIe. One had a
numeric keypad with the power light above it. The other without a
numeric keypad. had the caps lock key in the lower left corner, It
was exactly the same size as the letter keys. There was also another
key between it and the power light. It's also possible you might have
picked up a clone
