Assuming this is just a "slot running too fast" problem, you should be
able to fix it by changing one DIP switch.
Switches 1 to 7 in bank 2 determine whether the ZipGS slows down on eacg
access to the corresponding slot. If the Grappler is in slot 1, try
setting switch 1 in bank 2 to the OFF position, which will enable the
delay. (You should power down the computer first, so that you can be
certain the ZipGS recognises the switch change.)
I didn't have a Grappler+, but I note that it is listed in the manual as
compatible, and should NOT require this change.
There might be a problem if you have a particularly fast ZipGS. The
compatibility list in the manual probably reflects a 7 MHz or 8 MHz
ZipGS.
