You didn't mention the Apple III+.  I have no information on it other
than the fact that it was in production for a very short time.

You might also want to at least mention the Apple II clones.  There
are lots of them but a couple of the big names were Franklin and
Laser.

Well, the II+ did have its own case as well and I think a lot more
people used Apple II+ machines than Apple II machines.
