There was an article in The Lamp! on Delphi several months ago that
had a list of ISPs that were know to work with Marinetti.

Marinetti should work with all ISPs but some of them don't follow the
standards in the RFCs and don't allow PPP connections that don't use
compression or other optional connection methods.
