GS WorldView Feb 2000 issue adjustments

     While the Echo II Card software collection has been available in a
single .zip file from GSWV, something odd happened to the collection copy (as
individual .sdk disk archives) on ACN Florida.

     The Echo II .sdk files have been re-uploaded to ACN Florida and should
now be available there at ...

     Since ACN Tarnover will be off-line for a while, the Computist Project
Update article now includes a notice and a link to the project mirror
archives on ACN Florida. As of today, this achive does not include the recent
updates but, at least, readers have a ready link to most of the available
Computist issues.
