Probably not. Apple were producing the Apple ][ and ][+ at the same
time for a while (months, or maybe even a year or two), so there would
be a mixture of model types compared to board revisions and serial
numbers.
It would be reasonably safe to assume that the earliest revisions were
all Apple ][, and the latest revisions were all Apple ][+.
