You may give my ol' Unix emulator a try:

It compiles and runs fine on Linux.
You'll need a copy of the rom images though...
And it is not very WIMP (windows icons mouse pointing)...
bloody plain Xlib... (my first try as student)
The latest version fixes an annoying bug in decimal
arithmetic and comes with a "brake" so it can be
slowed down to 1 MHz (necessary for some games).
