Apple II? No, they use either a solid Apple or the word "option".
There are, however, Mac keyboards with this symbol.

Yes, according to the IIgs hardware reference, there are keyboards
with those symbols. They also have a hooked arrow for return a caret
with a horizontal bar for enter (the numerical return) and a crossed
out rectangle for clear. The words delete and option are always
written out in full though.
