need advice on which slot to put another i/o card for 3.5 disk drive

which slot should slot i put this in?

i currently have the following:

slot 1 super serial card
slot 2 empty
slot 3 empty
slot 4 echo +
slot 5 empty
slot 6 i/o card with 2 disk drives
slot 7 empty

i may or may not have a udc card..anyone know the part number for the udc?
