Steve, the part of the message you quoted back did mention
Trenco, which is, along with Ground, a public FTP site.
I've seen a lot of the Lost Classics stuff that's posted
there show up on Ground later on, so I figured you or
someone else was crossposting it after it showed up
there.

Since the Lost Classics Project is housed on Delphi, it's
understandable that all the software's posted there, too.
And I think the reasons why it's posted initally to
Trenco as the initial public FTP site has been discussed
on here before by others.  :)
