HELP: need COMM software for IIgs

My mother has some old geneology stuff on our old Apple IIgs that she
wants to transfer to the PC so she doesn't have to retype it all.  I
understand all the technical sides of the process, we even have the
cables to hook the computers together.  But I'm in the catch 22 of
needing the communications software on the Apple II side but having no
way to download it on my PC and get it on an Apple IIgs format disk.

I'm looking for one of two things:

1. Someone to tell me where I can go to purchase a good comm program
for the IIgs.  Perferrably an on-line software house that I can just
order it from and have it sent to me.  Or maybe a phone number for a
software house that I can order from.

2. Someone willing to put one of the good Shareware/Freeware programs
I've read about on a IIgs 3.5" disk and mail it to me.  I'd be willing
to pay a few bucks.

I've read up on things like ATD and Ap2222PC which might work for me
but I'm already familiar with how to use a standard Comm program and
would like to save the learning curve on ATD or Ap2222PC.

We would be greatly appreciative of anyone who could help.
