Quite easily actually. Since the Apple IIGS OS can read and write
Macintosh HFS Zip disks, you a fine software wise.

On the hardware side, which Rev C card is it? Apple or RamFAST?
The Apple card does not supply termination power and neither does
the Zip drive, so you need to attach another hard drive or a CD-ROM
to the same SCSI chain to supply the power. The RamFAST card
supplies termination power so you do not have to worry about it.

So if you have an Apple SCSI card:

1) Find an external SCSI hard drive or CD-ROM
2) Plug Zip drive into SCSI card
3) Plug hard drive or CD-ROM into Zip drive

If you have a RamFAST SCSI card:

1) Plug Zip drive into RamFAST card
