Can RamFast SCSI Card be Moved to Different Slot?

Hi;

I have a IIgs (ROM1) that has a RamFast SCSI card in slot 7. If I understand
correctly, in order to connect my Apple IIgs to an Appleshare server (Mac
SE) via AppleTalk, I need to set slot 7 to AppleTalk.

My question is: Will the RamFast card work in a slot other than slot 7?

Any help would be appreciated.
