AppleWorks 4 and 5 also work with the AfterWork screen saver (a TimeOut). 
Beyond having some fun with DB.Pix in AppleWorks' database as a one-touch
graphic launcher, the best screen saver that I have ever come up with for my
IIe is to just turn off the monitor.
