Jon Relay's Desktop, the HTML version

I'm posting this mainly so Dr. Tom can pick it up and update the info in
GS WorldView, so if this just sounds like self-promotion, forgive me and
please don't send flames. I'm apoligizing (sp?) in advance.

Let's see, how do I start? There was a web site (actually there still is)
at jrelay.cjb.net. Unfortunately, that web site can't be changed anymore,
because UCSC deleted my sister's account (which is where I used to keep my
web page on) when she graduated, and I forgot my password for CJB URL
Redirection Services. Because of this, that web page will never change.

I had to create a new CJB account, because I didn't give them my e-mail
address for them to send me my password. So now the _new_ web page is:

<http://dimension18.cjb.net/index.html>

For the time, I just had it point to the same place. To solve the problem
of getting a new place to keep the files, Dr. Tom was kind enough to set
up an account at XOOM for me. Now I can have all the webspace I want. I
changed the CJB account so it now points to the XOOM address.

You're probably asking "What is on this site?" if you haven't been on it
before. You should know anyway even if you have been to it before. This
site contains the older version of course, but there are new things on it.

The one that's going to be the most useful to these newsgroups: the
computer programs. Even though I'm probably the youngest person in all
these groups (anyone here who is less than 12.967 years old?), I have
learned a lot about programming. There are several HyperCard stacks and
DOS programs on my web site, as well as a _huge_ HDV disk image of Apple
II programs I (and some other people) have made.

There are other things as well. There are links to sites I like to visit,
links to places to download other software, and Mylar City stuff.

What is Mylar City? Why don't you go there and find out? Hint: it's a
bunch of wierd kids in a wierd city (called Mylar City) that is in the
18th Dimension (hence the URL of the website).

When you're done trying to be serious, try the Jon Relay's Web Page and
Kreative Entertainment links. Get personalized "membership cards," read
XTRAYS Episode 1, take an impossible quiz, scare yourself to death, read
comics, look at pictures, sign up for a nonexistant mailing list, send
suggestions for Gammasoft Office (if I ever start working on it again),
encode a secret message, learn a foreign alphabet, read The Lost Chapters
of Icon USA, draw Daughterboard, create a cartoon character, and put
random colors on your computer screen.

So there's my self-promotion. How did you like it?
