Can't start application err #1 (2GS)
I found in the FAQ 4 err #1 reasons:

0001 GS/OS: bad system call
0001 Tool Locator: dispatcher does not find toolset
0001 P16: System Failure- unclaimed interrupt
0001 P8: Invalid MLI function number
My Customer (yes, there is a "Customer" over here in France using an
APPLE ][ GS for production purposes :-) can't start his General Ledger
application anymore. He gets "can't start application due to err #1"
(more or less) and has a white line scrolling across his suddenly blue screen.
I am afraid it's an HW failure, right?
What can I do for him?

(don't tell me "sell him a G4 please", here in Lavaur, they still drive
