Need SW for Computer Eyes card

Does anyone have the software that works with a card called Computer
Eyes? It has three cables snakeing off of it which have RCA type
connectors on them. What does this card do? It was in a IIGS that I
recently aquired. There was a disk labeled /EYES/ in the drive, but most

of the data was corrupted. All I managed to salvage from it are what
appear to be documents created by the software. I have been told that
this card is possibly for connecting a VCR to the GS. Any help?
