I would suggest you don't start plugging things in when you don't know
what they do.  Especially with the card you've got.  Its one of a kind,
and it would be a shame to damage it (or your GS, but those are a dime
a dozen).

Go to apple2.org and click on THE IMAGES link on the top left of the
page.  There may be a picture of your board there.

Also, send an email to Tony Diaz who runs that site.  He will probably
have some ideas about what the card is.

Could you post chip numbers, a closer scan, and any other markings on
the card?
