Just a nit-pick, but the control-g beep is a feature of the video output system and not Applesoft basic. Expanding the video out hooks is a useful way to add features to the 8 bit systems. This is mostly effective for the Dos 3.3 system as P8 changes the i/o system a bit and doesn't like user changes to the i/o unless they follow certain rules. Phoenyx
