Hey Antoine,

To connect the MBP to my IIGS, I use a combination of a IIGS null
modem cable (in the modem port) plugged into a serial-to-USB adapter
+cable, plugged into the MBP.

I bought these from Retrofloppy, who also distribute ADTPro on disk:

You will see the null modem cable on the products page, and the
adapter is the USB to RS-232 Adapter.

They work well.
