I can't read your original message, but the answer
to the title is yes. There is a PC Floppy Interface
for 360, 720, 1.2MB, 1.44MB, and 2.88MB floppy
disks on the Apple II. It is called the BlueDisk card
from ///SHH Systeme of Germany.
