Which OS? In Basic.System (ProDOS) the command is CATALOG.
In DOS 3.3, there is also a CATALOG, but that won't print the date
and time.
For GS/OS, there is no built in command to look at all the info you
mention (but you can use Basic.System for files residing on ProDOS volumes).
Displaying entire directory trees (like "dir /s") requires third
party software.
