How to Identify Apple Cables

Hi
I have come into a large portion of Apple cables (they have the Apple
insignia). I would like to make some use of them, but do not know what they
are for. I have listed the main ones below and hope someone can identify
what they are and on what Apple or Mac equipment they are used on.

5-pin din to 8-pin mini din (590-0333-B)
8-pin male to 8-pin male serial type(590-0536-A)
8-pin male to 8-pin male mini din(590-0551-A)
5-pin male to 5-pin din(590-0191-B) also have a print  icon on din end
8-pin male to 15-pin female(Kensington model 62482)
