Z-80 softcard settings?

Hi, I have an MS Z80 softcard that I want to install in my Apple IIe but I
don't know any of the switch settings. I've got a ton of CP/M software for
it, and I can't wait to finally start using it.

Can someone tell me what the switch settings should be? There are four
little switches, and right now, they're all set to off. Also, which slot
should this card be in, and is there a command to make this card become
active, to boot the CP/M disk?
