Synertek Fastcard info?

I stumbled across a card called a "Synertek Fastcard" which looks like
an apple II accelerator card. Has one big 40 pin chip unmarked (looks
sanded), eight chips marked "Inmos IMS1420F-55" (probably RAM) and about
24 discrete 7400-series LSTTL chips.
Anybody remember these things, or have any info on them?
