As Jeff pointed out, they are 1M x 1 which means they are 1 megabit (1
Mb) chips. This means you need 8 of them to make 1 megabyte (1 MB).
As you have 24 of them, you have 3 MB of RAM. As to whether you can
use them, it depends on what type of machine you want to put them in
and what type of memory the machine or the memory expansion card
wants.
