Thanks.  A heck of a lot of time went into figuring that all out.  I did it so
that AppleWin would do DHR accurately.  Even got a IIe to do the testing on.

Now, here's an additional mode that you can try: Set the IIe into DHR mode, then
use esc-Q to return to 40 column mode.  Now, the graphics screen will display
graphics, but each sub-pixel is doubled, giving you a display in purple, green
and white.
