Well, the person who I quoted is one of the best of the remaining
Apple II developers but he no longer even reads comp.sys.apple2, let
alone posts here, because of the abuse that he has received from
several of the regulars here in the past.
The question that started all this was posted both here and on Delphi
but that developer wouldn't have known that as he doesn't read here.
However, I don't think that his post was necessary to understand the
humour of my original post. :-)
Besides, I'm sure there are lots of other Apple II discussions taking
place all over the place on BBS's, mailing lists, user group meetings
and such that never get copied to here or Delphi and I personally
don't see that as a problem. However, if asked how to keep up to date
on Apple II related issues and get help I'd suggest that people use
the Delphi Apple II forums and, if they have the time, to also use
comp.sys.apple2 as well as subscribing to the remaining newsletters
(Juiced.GS and Shareware Solutions II).
