But, FWIW...I did arrange with the powers-that-be from AOL and Ground to have
the entire AOL Apple II archives, forum files, etc. all transfered for Apple II
public access by their users.

It's all on the Ground Apple2 ftp site (and it's mirrors).  It's been there for
several years now.

Some 250 MB's of AOL Apple II archives, text files, etc. - all that AOL
now STILL offers for access on AOL - if you happen to have an AOL acct. and use
either a Mac or PC.
