Differents!?

Hello,

My question:

I haven't worked with an macintosh- or applecomputer, so i want to know what
are the advantages and disadvantages of an apple/macintosh against a
computer
of compaq, IBM, ect.??
What can (or can't) you do with an apple/macintosh??
i only wanna know more so i have a good picture of it.
Then i can choose what computer i wanna buy, an apple, compac, IBM, ect.
I haven't worked much with a computer, so that's why i asked this question.
