Requesting help with imaging a PLATO disk

Last year I came into possession of a PLATO-branded disk. I loaded it
up, and it's an interactive tutorial for the basics of computing.
There are mini-games that teach computing concepts as you play them,
storybook-style presentations (including a section that speculates on
the future!), and some other elements. It's an interesting little
window into how computers were perceived by and presented to the
public at the time, and it's also the first piece of software with the
PLATO name that I've ever seen on a microcomputer. The copyright date
on the disk is 1982, and the title screen asserts Control Data's
ownership:

Copy-protection is interfering with a straight rip to DSK or NIB. Due
to an impending move, my time for disk imaging will be drastically
reduced for a while, so I was wondering if anyone would be interested
in trying their hand at getting this thing archived. I think it's
worth preserving.
