Problem...

I was downloading BBEdit Lite 4.6 the other day then when I was about to 
open it (it was a .smi file), a dialog box said there was an error (-39).
What's this? Usually I'm a knows-all Mac geek, but this time I'm stumped!
What the heck is this all about??
